These Terms of Service apply to your use of the KC Services website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms do not replace a written estimate, contract, rental agreement, or other project-specific agreement.

Inquiries, estimates, and scheduling

Website information is general and does not constitute an offer or binding project quote. Submitting a form, calling, or discussing an idea does not create a construction contract, reserve a date, or guarantee availability. Scope, materials, price, payment terms, scheduling, and any warranty are established in the applicable written agreement.

Project conditions

Project feasibility and timing depend on factors such as access, site conditions, weather, material availability, and any required approvals. Responsibilities for permits, property boundaries, utility identification, access, and preparation should be addressed in the project agreement before work begins. Changes to scope must be agreed upon through that project’s change process.

Photos and website content

Project photos show examples of work and do not promise an identical result for another property. Materials, appearance, scope, and site conditions vary. Website text, branding, and photographs are owned by KC Services or used with permission. You may view them for personal consideration of our services, but may not reproduce or use them commercially without permission from the appropriate rights holder.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate contact information and submit only material you have the right to share. Do not use the website to send spam, malicious code, threats, unlawful content, or unauthorized advertising, or attempt to interfere with the website or access protected systems. Please do not submit confidential payment or identity information.
